MountainNetwork aggregates cells into macrocells and computes a synthetic drainage network that runs on the edges of the macrocells.
It is responsible for the calculation of the drain dimension, slope and direction of flow and the connection of individual drains to
build a ternary runoff tree free of circular paths and dead ends.
It averages soil and canopy properties over each macrocell.
It also computes the convergence power
of the macrocell, that is the propensity to generate preferential flow because of the microtopography, using the elevation of its cells
and the intrinsic convergence power computed by MountainHarvester.
